How to achieve sustainable success with FLOW

In the sixth episode of Season 3, Kristel Tuul - a certified high-performance coach walks us through the concept of FLOW.

Kristel is a certified Women's High-Performance Coach since 2020. Before she worked for the Nordic Accelerator, was Head of Digital Growth & Performance, Head of Sales and Marketing, and Board Member.

As a certified embodied performance coach, her objective is to help ambitious women reach their goals. Her approach is evidence-based to empowering women to perform and feel at their best by managing their energy, not time.

Flow is a state of mind in which a person becomes fully immersed in an activity. Positive psychologist Mihály Csíkszentmihályi describes flow as a state of complete immersion in an activity. Being immersed can be defined as a state of focus in which a person is completely absorbed and engrossed in their work.

While in a flow state, people are highly involved and focused on what they are doing.
The ego falls away. Time flies. Every action, movement, and thought follows inevitably from the previous one, like playing jazz. Your whole being is involved, and you're using your skills to the utmost," Csíkszentmihályi said in an interview with Wired magazine
